About the mix filter
♦ Hybrid gasket gas filters (inlet and outlet) are implemented with high precision inline gas filters.
♦ This hybrid filter helps extend the service life of inline gas filters with the MFC and prevents metal seal damage by removing coarse superparticles that cause leaks over 3 microns or 1 micron.

♦1. The filter medium is made of 316L stainless steel slag.
♦2. The washer is made of 316L stainless steel or wipe.
♦3. It can handle the mix filter as a face seal, so no additional work is required (cutting/welding for line gas filter installation).
Details
Gasket type gas filter is installed on the inlet/outlet interface part of the gas power device with precision filtration precision, which can preliminarily filter the large particles above 0.3μm or 1μm in the pipe. It can prevent the blockage of the precision gas filter and flow controller, and prevent the gas leakage caused by the poor seal of the metal sealing valve.
Gaskets may be installed separately in the sealing joint portion of the piping.
It can be installed without retrofitting existing piping.
♦ The filter material is made of SUS316L.
♦ Washer material is SUS316L or nickel.
