PFA diaphragm valve

Product Overview:

PFA bidirectional diaphragm valves are designed for high purity semiconductor applications. It is also ideal for ultra-pure water and corrosive chemical or gas applications. The device uses a molded high purity PFA body with a precise-machined seal area. The integrated machined modified PTFE diaphragm has a good service life. A 1/4" flow hole is included in the compact design to provide greater flow capacity.

Product Features:

The integrated precision machining diaphragm made of modified PTFE has a service life of more than five times compared with the traditional PTFE.

Seat and diaphragm for flow cut-off and sealing of diaphragm to body;

PVDF coated stainless steel spring;

A quarter turn handle with a detachable handle prevents misoperation.

Ambient temperature: 0-150 °F (17-66 °C)

Medium temperature: 0-266 °F (17-130 °C)

Note: The standard nut material is PVDF, PFA nut can be selected. To PFA nut, add -P to model number.
