The process and instrument line are combined on the same valve body

Ball valve characteristics


The highest stress level is Class2500


Operating temperature :-54℃ to 232℃ (-65°F to 450°F)


Quarter turn open and close operation

Two stem stem design:


The upper valve stem thread is hardened by rolling and the lower valve stem surface is specially hardened


The grease on the upper stem threads is isolated from the system medium


The non-rotating lower stem up and down movement replaces the rotary lift, avoiding friction between the seat sealing surface and the valve head, and greatly reducing friction between the lower stem and the packing


The valve stem has the back sealing function in the fully open position. The handle is locked by screws at both ends, which is stable and durable
