Products made of stainless steel are highly favored by the general public due to their excellent characteristics such as corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. In people's daily lives, we cannot do without stainless steel products. It is indispensable in various fields. In the use of quick connectors, it is also inevitable. So, what are the main reasons for air leakage in VCR connectors? Let me briefly introduce it to you next.

The material of the sealing ring is ordinary rubber, shaped like a rectangular gasket.

1. Share a sealing ring, whether closing or releasing air. The sealing ring is subjected to pressure on both sides, and the rubber ring is severely deformed and easily damaged; When the gas is turned off, the circular arc surface of the valve core is in linear contact with the bowl shaped sealing ring through the joint action of spring force and high-pressure gas. The sealing pressure is increased, making it less prone to leakage. At the same time, the bowl shaped sealing net is backed by a seat with a positioning flange, making it less prone to displacement and deformation.

When ventilating, open the valve core on the top of the male connector. The function of a quick connector is to facilitate quick connection to the gas source while ensuring safety and reliability.

2. The contact between the male end face of the rubber soft joint and the rubber ring end face results in relatively low sealing pressure. In addition, if the end face is uneven, it is easy to leak air.

Choose the appropriate quick connector based on different fields:

1. Quick couplings are divided into pneumatic quick couplings, hydraulic quick couplings, and mold quick couplings according to their purposes.

2. Pneumatic quick couplings are mainly used for pneumatic equipment, fixtures, and workshop gas pipelines. Of course, there are also a small number of plastic or mold factories that use water to transport molds, which is low-cost, but cannot withstand water temperatures above 60 degrees Celsius, has a short service life, and is prone to breakage because pneumatic joints are originally used for luck, not for water transportation. The material is copper+plastic. The pneumatic joint has teeth on one end and a trachea on the other end.
