How to classify the numerous PVC hoses
PVC hose, also known as soft PVC pipe, is an engineering or civilian hose made of PVC resin as raw material and molded by processing and injection molding.
According to the different materials used for reinforcement, it can be divided into PVC steel wire reinforced hose, PVC fiber reinforced hose (because most fiber reinforced materials are polyester, also known as PVC polyester reinforced hose), and PVC plastic reinforced hose (i.e. PVC resin reinforced hose, plastic reinforced hose).
Due to the different arrangements of materials used for reinforcement, there are PVC steel wire spiral reinforced hoses, PVC fiber spiral reinforced hoses, PVC resin spiral reinforced hoses (cow tendon tubes), PVC steel wire mesh reinforced hoses, PVC fiber mesh reinforced hoses, and composite reinforced hoses such as PVC steel wire fiber composite reinforced hoses. It can also be divided into PVC conventional hoses, PVC anti-static hoses, PVC insulated pipes, PVC wear-resistant hoses, PVC high-pressure hoses, PVC high-temperature hoses, PVC low-temperature hoses, and PVC fire hoses according to their performance and use.
In addition, depending on the medium it transports, it can be called PVC fluid pipe and can be divided into several categories, such as PVC air hose, PVC gas hose, PVC oxygen hose, PVC acetylene hose, etc. It can also be divided into PVC single tube or PVC double tube according to its arrangement, among which PVC double tube is mostly used for gas welding and cutting, such as PVC oxygen acetylene double tube. In addition, PVC transparent hoses, PVC colored pipes, Haosi pipes (household PVC pipes), etc. can be classified according to transparency, appearance color, and commonly used locations.
Grid reinforced PVC hoses not only have good reinforcement effects, but also can avoid twisting, so they are also called PVC anti twist hoses or PVC anti twist grid reinforced pipes.
